EXAM APPLICATION

A bachelor's degree in education or its equivalent with a major and minor and the degrees which shall be considered equivalent; must have to take at least 18 units in Professional Education, or a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences with at least ten units in professional education.
Q. What if I accidentally cancelled my reference number?
A. If you have not yet paid, you can just create a new one in order to generate a new reference number.

A. Applicants for registration are required to bring the following:
1. Printed Oath form
2. Two (2) passport size pictures in white background and full name tag
3. Two (2) documentary stamps
4. Community Tax Certificate NOTE: Additional requirement maybe required by the Professional Regulatory Board.
Q. When is the release of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration?
A. After the registration, there will be a schedule of oath taking to be administered by the Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs). The new professionals will receive their professional identification cards and certificates of registration after the oath taking ceremonies.
For those who failed to attend the oath taking ceremonies, professional identification cards and certificates of registration may be claimed at the PRC office after five (5) working days from the date of oath taking.

TANONG: Taga Santa Rosa Laguna ako, sa Lucena ako nag exam so doon din ako mag oath taking. Pwde ba na sa Robinson Santa Rosa ako mag process ng Initial Registration ko, para sa oath taking nalang ako sa Lucena?
SAGOT: Opo pwde po yun. As long as kaya mo puntahan ang lugar doon ka mag process for appointment.

Q. What to do if “For PRC Verification” information pops?
A. Send an email providing your registered email, profession and 7-digit license number at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com with a screen shot of the problem occurred or proceed to the nearest PRC Office.

1. The photo must be 2x2 in size in plain white background.
2. The photos must be taken no more than 6 months prior to uploading.
3. The applicant must wear decent attire with collar.
