EXAM APPLICATION


Q. What are the requirements needed for exam application?

A. This is for Teachers: For other profession CLICK HERE

1. NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
2. NSO / PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
3. Transcript of Records with scanned picture and Remarks "For Board Examination Purposes" (First Timer & Repeater)
4. Payment: P900.00 - complete
*FOR TEACHERS IN ELEMENTARY GRADE BSEED
*FOR TEACHERS IN SECONDARY GRADE
A bachelor's degree in education or its equivalent with a major and minor and the degrees which shall be considered equivalent; must have to take at least 18 units in Professional Education, or a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences with at least ten units in professional education.

Q. What if I accidentally cancelled my reference number?
A. If you have not yet paid, you can just create a new one in order to generate a new reference number.

If you already paid for your transaction, proceed to your chosen appointment place and bring your reference number together with your proof of payment or you can just send an email at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com with a screenshot of your transaction together with your proof of payment.



Q. What to do if I forgot my password?
A. Send an email requesting to reset your password at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com or proceed to the nearest PRC Office.

Q. What if payment is deducted more than once on my account? (for Landbank, BancNet and Gcash payments)
A. Send an email at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com or proceed to your chosen appointment place with your proof of payment.



Q. What to do if “Legal Status” information pops out?
A. Go to your profile and check if you selected “Yes” on “Have you ever been convicted by final judgement by any court of justice/military tribunal or administrative body?” portion and if yes, kindly select “No” then save.
If you selected “No” on ““Have you ever been convicted by final judgement by any court of justice/military tribunal or administrative body?” portion, proceed to your chosen appointment place.

Q. What to do if “There are no slot available...” information pops out?
A. This means that no more slots are available at the PRC Office you selected. You can wait until the office enter new sets of slots or you can choose other nearest PRC Office.

INITIAL REGISTRATION / RENEWAL

Q. What to do if “For PRC Verification” information pops?
A. Send an email providing your registered email, profession and 7-digit license number at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com with a screen shot of the problem occurred or proceed to the nearest PRC Office.

Q. Is nametag required in the picture?
A. Below is the requirement for picture:
1. The photo must be 2x2 in size in plain white background.
2. The photos must be taken no more than 6 months prior to uploading.
3. The applicant must wear decent attire with collar.

Q. What are the requirements for initial registration?
A. Applicants for registration are required to bring the following:
1. Printed Oath form
2. Two (2) passport size pictures in white background and full name tag
3. Two (2) documentary stamps
4. Community Tax Certificate NOTE: Additional requirement maybe required by the Professional Regulatory Board.

Q. When is the release of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration?
A. After the registration, there will be a schedule of oath taking to be administered by the Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs). The new professionals will receive their professional identification cards and certificates of registration after the oath taking ceremonies.

For those who failed to attend the oath taking ceremonies, professional identification cards and certificates of registration may be claimed at the PRC office after five (5) working days from the date of oath taking.

TANONG: Pwede ba na sa ibang place ako mag oath taking, halimbawa, sa Lucena ako nag LET exam. Pwde ba na sa Baguio ako mag oath dahil nalipat na kmi dito?
SAGOT: Pwede po na sa Baguio kna mag oath taking pero ang PRC license mo ay a month after ng oath mo pa makuha dahil ererequest pa po ito ng PRC Baguio sa PRC Lucena.

TANONG: Taga Santa Rosa Laguna ako, sa Lucena ako nag exam so doon din ako mag oath taking. Pwde ba na sa Robinson Santa Rosa ako mag process ng Initial Registration ko, para sa oath taking nalang ako sa Lucena?
SAGOT: Opo pwde po yun. As long as kaya mo puntahan ang lugar doon ka mag process for appointment.

Okay lang po ba kung sa PRC Morayta po magpasa ng requirements for initial registration kahit po sa Baguio po ako nagpaschedule ng appointment?

Taga ncr po ako pero wala na pong slots for initial registration, pwede po ba ako mag oath taking dito sa ncr pero sa ibang lugar ako magpaparegister?

Dapat po sa NCR karin po mag register Sir/Mam. Di po pwde na mag register sa ibang lugar. Ang advise ko ay mag email po sa PRC slot system, nasa LERIS site po ang email nila click nio lang ang CONTACT Us. Thanks

Hello Po. What if nag payment unsuccessful po sa pay-maya di po ako nakabayad on time, puede ko pa bang gamitin ang reference number ko to pay at the prc regional office cashier?

Hi po i have a questions hindi po kasi ako nakapag oathtaking kasi there was a problem po tapos hindi ko po alam anong gagawin ko para makaclaim ko yung license ko din po at paano po makapag oathtaking

Hello maam/sir, may question po ako, sa PRC Koronadsl kasi ako nag exam ng LET and LEA last October 2, 2022 and November 22-24, 2022. Nag oath ako ng LET sa Tuguegarao City and PICC Manila naman sa Agricultirist. Ang question ko po pwede kaya sa PRC Baguio ako mag initial registration ng both LET and LEA kasi yun ang may avaialable slots and medyo malapit sa akin, Salamat po sa sasagot

Yes pwde po na sa ibang place. Sila na mag process ng request nian para sa record mo. Yan ginawa ng wife ko dati. Sa Lucena sia ng exam sa Baguio nag initial registration kc nalipat na kmi doon.

Hi po, ask lang po sana kung pwede po ba yung sa ibang place ka mag eexam kahit nakapag rehistro ka na sa lugar na pag eexaman mo? Example po sa manila yung pinili kong lugar na pag eexaman ko tapos sa ibang place ako mag eexam, pwede po ba yun?
